A valuation is prepared for a specified purpose and valuation date. Its conclusions depend on the information available, the basis of value, the methodology applied, material assumptions and the circumstances of the practice.

A valuation report must be read as a whole, including its assumptions, qualifications and limitations. Its intended users and permitted purposes are identified in the report and applicable engagement terms. Please contact us before using a report for another purpose or arranging reliance by an additional person.
A valuation conclusion is not a guarantee of the price achievable in a transaction. Subsequent events or changes in information, circumstances or market conditions may affect value.

Market information and transaction examples
Market data, transaction examples, valuation ranges and earnings or revenue multiples provide context. They are not a substitute for assessing the particular practice and the purpose of the valuation.
Comparisons depend on factors including the earnings or revenue measure used, the interests or assets transferred, transaction terms, risk allocation and market conditions. A published multiple should not be applied to a practice without considering those factors.
Past transactions, illustrative examples and forward-looking commentary do not guarantee a particular value, sale price, transaction timeframe or outcome.
